They are brilliant. Wonderful welcome. Andy is just magical with my dogs. Never swum before and he just took my eight year old standard poodle into his arms, showed her how to swim and she was off swimming around finding balls in total bliss. He gave my Border Collie such care and support to develop her confidence. He is so positive and truly wonderful with them. They loved him and had a great time. We took our two French bulldogs for their first ever swim and it couldn’t have gone better. I was anxious as your hear that Frenchies are prone to sink. I messaged before I’d even booked and my worries and concerns were put to rest. I can not recommend enough. On the day of their first ever swim, it was all dealt with really calm and slowly to allow the dogs to gain a bit more confidence being in the water. They were so incredibly friendly helpful and reassuring that I honestly can not recommend enough. I can’t wait for them to open up next year and get them both back for even more swimming. Canine Dip and Dive is a BRILLIANT experience for pups all ages, sizes and needs. We’ve taken our boy twice now and from the second we got out of our car Andy was attentive, helpful and always with a smile and joke! Our boy can be quite a grumpy little so and so, but Andy took it in his stride and actually had him enjoying himself and jumping in over and over! Such a great place and such great people running it! I went with my 2 pups for the first time on Saturday. And why on earth have I never been before? It was brilliant. Andy was brilliant with my 2 dogs. Both inexperienced swimmers and he made it look so easy. By the end of 30 minutes you would never have guessed my 2 year old dog had never been in water before. 2 genuinely lovely people both doing something they clearly love. Kelly Smith, October 2024
