* Payment must be made at time of booking.

* Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times.

* Dogs must not be pushed, shoved or thrown into the pool. Anyone doing this will be asked to leave.

* You are responsible for clearing up after your dog. Poo bags are available onsite if you forget your own.

* Please ensure your dog has toileted before entering the pool. If your dog poops in the pool, please be aware that there may be a charge if we need to close the pool for the following sessions.

* If you choose to enter the pool with your dog, you do so at your own risk. Children must be able to swim, and stand with their head above the water. Children are the responsibility of the parent at all times.

* All dogs must be fully vaccinated or titre tested.

* We have no control over the release of photographs on social media by other customers visiting the dog pool.

*Please refrain from taking your dogs into any water source before your appointment as they could bring bacteria or algae into the pool. If your dog is dirty, please hose them down before they enter the pool.

* Please ensure your dog does not eat up to 3 hours before swimming

* All dogs MUST have their claws clipped short to prevent punctures to the pool liner. Entry may be refused if your dog has sharp claws.

* Cancellations can be made 48 hours or more before your session with full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will still be charged at the full rate. Please note you will not be refunded or rescheduled for a late or no show.

* If, for any reason other than our own, you turn up at the wrong time, to the wrong session, you will still be charged at the full rate.

* Please use the postcode on our Facebook page and on your email confirmation for directions rather than Canine Dip and Dive on Google Maps. Again, late arrivals and/or no shows will not be refunded

* We still operate in the rain. If you wish to reschedule or cancel because of rain or bad weather and are inside of the 48 hour cancellation policy, you will still be charged at the full rate.

* You can reschedule your appointment 48 hours or more before your session via your confirmation email. If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours of your session, you will still be charged at the full rate.

* Dogs with injuries, health problems or recovering from surgery must have permission to swim from your own vet.

* We are NOT hydro therapists…we are a dog swimming pool with the sole aim of providing fun exercise and socialisation. No medical advice given.

* Your half hour session includes time taken entering and exiting the pool. You and your dog must exit the pool and enclosure swiftly at the end of your session to allow for access to the pool for the next class.

* A 1 minute swim equates to a 4 minute run for your dog, therefore they will not, and should not, be encouraged to swim for more than a maximum of 20 minutes.

* Please be aware there is a weight limit of 16 stone for the pool ladder. If you are over 16 stone you may not be able to enter the pool. These are manufacturers guidelines.

* The ramp is for dog use ONLY. Please do not use this to enter/exit the pool.

* Dogs showing signs of aggression towards other dogs or humans in a group session will be asked to leave.

* You MUST inform us if your dog has a history of biting, is reactive, or is unsociable or on the dangerous dog list. This does not preclude you from coming, it is simply to ensure the safety of staff and customers, and so you will be advised to book a Solo Session.

* If your dog shows active aggression and/or physically causes injury to staff, customers or other dogs, in any session, you will unfortunately be asked to leave and not rebook until the behaviour has been rectified.

* By confirming your booking with Canine Dip and Dive you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
